The apartment is on the fist floor of a building recently renovated  in Viale Vaticano, very close to the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square. It is composed by an entrance hall, one double bedroom with two/three sleeps, another
double bedroom with a double bed and one single room. The full bathroom is provided with bath tube and shower. The
kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, electric kettle and toaster. The vast private garden is equipped with tables and chairs for your relax.

The area

The apartment is in St. peter's area, not far from the Vatican Museums entrance, St. Peter's square and Castel Sant'Angelo. Borgo Pio and Via dei Coronari can be reached by a nice walk.

The  stop of the bus # 46 is just in front of the apartment. To learn more about public transportation in Rome see http://www.atac.roma.it/

Booking conditions

  • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
  • Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
