Charming bed and breakfast located in Via Sebastiano Veniero, a few steps from the Vatican Museums entrance and St. Peter's square. The luminous apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor of an old building with a typical entrance-courtyard. The bed and breakfast is ideal for couples, families or small groups.

The vast apartment composed by entrance, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen.
One double room, with queen size bed, has a private bathroom. One bedroom can accommodate two/three people; the third bedroom is a large "family room" and can accommodate two/three persons.
The last two bedrooms are connecting and shares the same bathroom in the corridor, that makes it like a "suite", ideal fro families and small groups. The common kitchen is provided with fridge and stove.
Another nice double room with private bathroom is available in the "Dépendance", an apartment on the first floor of the same building composed by large entrance, two rooms (one of them used for our computer's work during the day and one for our guests), kitchen and bathroom. The double room can be with two twin beds or with one double, is provided with two comfortable armchairs and is nicely furnished; a French door gives on a balcony overlooking the entrance courtyard and is very quiet. The bathroom with shower is quite narrow (not suitable for extra large guests!!) the kitchen is fully equipped. Daily cleaning of all the rooms and of the common spaces takes place every morning from 10 am to 12 pm. No curfew. Children are welcome.

The area

The apartment is in a nice old building (1927) in the Prati neighborhood and is located at 100 meters away from the Vatican Museums entrance near St Peter, a very good position from where is easy to reach walking, beside the Vatican City, many other places of cultural and tourist interest.
The neighborhood is also interesting for those who like to go shopping: the streets of Via Candia, Via Ottaviano, Via Cola di Rienzo, are very known shopping areas.

Transportation

The closest subway stop is "Cipro- Musei Vaticani" (Line A) from where the house is easily reachable in few minutes walking.   • Minimum stay four nights.
  • 20% of total amount is required as deposit when booking.
  • The deposit must be sent in Italian currency or Euro by bank transfer or draft, or by  personal check.
  • The reservation is considered valid on receipt of payment.
  • Full payment in Italian currency upon check in. No credit cards.
  • Any changes regarding arrival dates have to be notified by fax or e-mail at least 15 days prior to arrival, otherwise the deposit will be lost.
